Contact Us Page has errors

    Hello,

    The Phone number and email information are presented in the wrong boxes on the Contact Us template page. If you populate the information in Theme Options > Contact Page, the information placed in phone number is displayed in the email box and the information placed in email is displayed in the phone box on the contact us page.
