Footer Selection Will Not Display

    AFter exploring the different footer options, I reselected the “Default footer layout” and subsequently the “Footer layout one”, but both do NOT display. The published page does NOT display a footer at all. If I select the option two and three, they do display on the published page. Need some assistance here too.
