Hello
I purchased the Greenery theme and, after upaloding it to WP and installing, I tried to customize it. The Customize screen showed some of the graphics, but the menu was empty and the screen stayed on “Loading”. I tried another, supplied, template and that worked fine. I deleted and reinstalled Greenery with same result. I am using WordPress.org on Windows server (IIS).

Any ideas? I have sent a support request for this and am waiting for the reply.
