No Site Title and customisation doesn’t work

Hi,

Yesterday I tried the lite version and then bought the pro. However the wordpress customisation tool does nothing, I can’t use it to change basic things like header image or main navigation. I sent an email to support yesterday and still have had no reply. Also the theme is not displaying the site title, which should be an H1.

Please respond to email and I would like a refund as I feel this is unusable.

In pro version you can make changes by go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Here you will get all the settings.
