Welcome to Cigma Pro Theme By Risingthemes. To Setup theme first of all install all the required plugins, then import XML & wie files then goto Appearance >> Theme Options and click on restore default and setup navigation from Appearance >> Menus.

If you are using pro version then kindly email to our support team so they can provide you those files.
