1) Use License
Our themes are licensed under the GPL general public license see > (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). Upon purchase, you are authorized to make any necessary modifications to the Rising Themes to fit your purposes. Rising Themes themes can be used for personal or commercial use on unlimited personal or commercial websites.
Images and any other digital assets used in the theme demo are purely for representation purposes only. You are recommended to use your own images for any websites that you built using our themes.
2) Product Delivery
All premium downloadable themes can be downloaded upon purchase. Premium themes will be accessible for download after payment is recieved and verified. To process our payments we use PayPal. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our themes.
Your purchase information will be emailed to the email address. You need to create an account with our site to download any of our themes. There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 24hrs depending on the situation.
3) Product Updates
All our WordPress themes are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. Our themes supports the latest modern browsers.
Theme updates are available to our premium users up to a certain period of time mentioned in the product description but you can still use installed products even your support validity expires.
4) Modifications
You are allowed to modify any of our themes according to your requirements. Kindly note that before you modify, check documentation page and ask us on the forum if there is an easier way to achieve what you want to do.
5) Support
After purchasing our theme, you may contact us for support via forum and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We also provide support via email so you can email to support@risingthemes.net for any support related questions. We are available Monday to Friday 10.00AM to 7.00PM.
6) Refund
We have 30-day refund policy. You can not ask for a refund claiming a feature that your purchased theme doesn’t include.
