How I can load demo data for Cigma Pro Theme?

I have purchased the Cigma Pro theme. I tried to load the demo data but couldn’t navigate the website properly. I was wondering if I could get some technical guidance from you.
1, How do I load demo data?
2, Where can find the XML & wie files and How I can import it?
3, Can I have a detailed operating manual?
