    Just did another clean install. It says:

    “There are no predefined import files available for this theme. Please upload the import files manually below.”

    Typically they’d have the files to manually upload as a backup.

    I use ionos.com for hosting. Is it a setting maybe?

    Can you help me with demo install of elevate theme too?
