Im not too familiar with the theme yet but you can manually add the pages by navigating to
Import Demo Data
scroll down to Create Demo Content
Choose your pages from there.
Word of caution!
If you use the create demo content page multiple times, content will keep duplicating.
Maybe thats a WordPress glitch or a theme thing – unsure.
There really should be a conditional check to see if the pages are already created.

The demo data is in the theme when its installed.
When I added mine, it looked identical to the demo.
Install then edit the data.

Thank you. I tried to find the data myself in the database and the options.php to no avail
If I knew where it was, I could manipulate it through PHP and CSS
