You can use the woocomerce menu cart plugin to add the cart icon in header. It is easy way to add the icon the other way is to add it manually by adding some code and functionality in the header file. Please let us know so we can help.

The loading time depends on many things such as:
1) Numbers of plugins used since plugin comes with many js and jQuery files.
2) Size of the images can cause slow loading speed.
3) Server response.

In pro version you can go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> here you can edit the homepage.

The sample file can be imported once so you will get all the pages and post contents. If you importing multiple times there is a possibility to duplicate content.

The lite version made up with the block editor. In the pro version you can edit the theme by going to Appearance >> Theme Options.
