    Hi,
Are you asking for the id and password for our WordPress site? I obviously cannot post login details on an open forum and your email is a “noreply”. Also our WP is firewall protected for specific IP addresses so how do we proceed?

    Thanks

Sorry, I have cleared browser cache in both Edge and Firefox on my server and workstation, but the images are still left aligned. I would like to send you a screenshot, but I cannot upload it here. Do you have an email address I can use?

    The site is http://www.natureaffinitysociety.org:8080/

Thanks for the follow-up but I am now totally confused! I removed the width: 100% and there was no change when I viewed the page with MS Edge on my server where I edit the site (images displayed large). I closed and re-opened Edge with the same result. However, I tried viewing using Edge on my desktop PC and the sizes were correct but they where aligned left within the margin. I checked the alignment in edit and they were still all showing “aligned center”. I then tried viewing the page using Firefox and Chrome on the server and had the same view as on my workstation i.e. sizes correct but left aligned.

Can you please explain what is going on? Why a different result on the server to the workstation, why a different result with Firefox and Chrome vs Edge on the server and why left aligned when center is selected?

Note, as before, all images display correctly, size and alignment, when in edit mode.

    Thanks
    Chris

    Home

I cannot send you the edit page link where the images are a lot smaller as you would need to login. If you need it, send me an email address where I can paste the screenshots.

I have replied twice to your post but each time the text disappears. I am not going to write this out again as I think you have a problem with your support forum. In case this post works, I found the documentation, but it wasn’t easy!

I have already replied to your post, but my text has disappeared again!!!! Did you receive it?

    I will try again:

Yes, thanks you, the issues of loading and the disappearing menus are resolved, however I am having a lot of difficulties customizing your home page, especially with text formatting and alignment. I have removed three of the text boxes in Section 1, but it displays the remaining one up against the left margin. I cannot get it in the middle!

On the Theme options panel there is a link to Greenery Documentation that resolves to //risingthemesdemo.net/greenery/documentation. When I click it, it redirects to
    //subscribe.steersearch.com/?skipEmail=1&q=&tp1=9POBEX80W&tp2=live-demo.online&tp3=lve&custom_tags=%7B%22merge_pid%22%3A%22%22%2C%22gcat%22%3Anull%7D

which tells me that I have already subscribed to Notifications

Where can I find the documentation please?

    Thank you

Yes, thanks. I sorted it myself (by pure accident after trolling through all the WordPress options!)

OK, problem solved. The screen needs to be maximized to get the menu displayed horizonally, otherwise it displays the three horizontal bars icon which you have to click on. I am working with my VPS using WordPress on “Restore Down” to be able to see the other windows that I am working with. This doesn’t explain why, yesterday, the three line menu icon just didn’t appear at all. Guess I will never know!

Anyway I can now continue with my project, having lost a day on this. Why could someone from Rising Themes not have told me this before????

This last post was a repeat of yesterday’s links which disappeared. Seems that if you remove the http:, they appear!

I hope someone is reading all this as I have not had a reply from Rising Themes yet!

I don’t know what is happening. If you saw by screenshot posts yesterday, the visit_site.png did not display the menu bar or the widget with three horizontal lines. This morning I tried again and now the widget is displaying and if I click on it, it displays the menu options vertically (I want them horizontally and always displayed). I have done NOTHING since I made the posts yesterday.
Please, what is going on? I am pulling my hair out here!! Why this random behavior?

I am posting the screen shot from this morning in a separate post as they seem to be suppressed.

Waiting anxiously for a reply so that I can move on, otherwise I will be requesting a refund.

    Regards
    Chris

When I try again, it says “duplicate post, you have already said that”
Are you supressing posts with URLs in them? Did you get them and, if so, why does it not appear in the number of posts? Very misleading!
